Lazio is the region of Rome, an extraordinary region in terms of history, art and landscape. These landscapes give birth to a number of valuable agricultural products that compose the menu of the Second General Assembly. Thanks to the contribution of ARSIAL (Agenzia Regionale Sviluppo e Innovazione dell’agricoltura nel Lazio – Regional Agency for the Development and Innovation of Agriculture in Lazio), it has been possible to offer a series of dishes that highlight an exceptional heritage that meets the world.
